The Program
Month # 1: Niche Identification and Branding Acceleration
Identify your consulting niche by exploring your expertise, skills, and passions. Gain clarity on your target audience, their needs, and how you can stand out in the market.
Begin developing your personal brand, focusing on your mission, values, messaging, and visual identity.
Finalize your brand strategy, ensuring it reflects your expertise and resonates with your target audience, with the aid of workshops and guest speakers.
Month # 2: Marketing Mastery and Pricing Strategies
Learn and apply effective marketing strategies to promote your consulting services. Cover areas like content marketing, social media, and networking. Develop a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to your audience.
Dive into pricing strategies, learning how to assess your value, understand market rates, and choose a pricing model that aligns with your goals.
Explore different pricing structures, such as hourly rates, project-based pricing, and value-based pricing, through case studies and discussions.
Month # 3: Sales Excellence and Business Launch
Focus on sales techniques and the sales process, including lead generation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. Engage in role-playing exercises to build confidence in converting leads into clients.
Start refining your business model and creating a launch plan, focusing on operational aspects, client onboarding, and expectation management.

What Does The Cohort Include?
GROUP MEETINGS
We'll meet twice a month for 75 minutes for three (3) months in total.
In these meetings, we'll discuss each month's focus, assign homework, and collaborate as a group.
MASTERMIND MEETINGS
These Mastermind meetings will be 90 minutes and will include additional coaches and strategists.
